Oops, Windows 2000 is outta my range but since you have an ATI Rage 128 graphics card it may be that you just can play with software render!
You know when FIFA99 was released there was no ATI Rage available and of course no such thrash driver!

I guess similar problems occur with Voodoo 3, Voodoo 5 and other new cards... http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif

I play Fifa99 on Windows 98 on this computer (with ATI RAGE128) with no problems. 3DSetup (on Win98) detect video card as "Direct3D Device1", on Windows 2000 3DSetup it's don't acting at all.
