Ever hear about weird stories from other leagues? I'll kick off with this one from Bosnia:

The match Leotar-Orasje was played today (one day earlier than the others) due to the wedding of Stamenko Coskovic, player of Orasje.

One of the best players of Orasje will be married tomorrow (Wednesday).

The match ended 3-0 in favour of Leotar.

good story, ive got a couple in this book, that i have. oNe that I remember is that a field player had to replace the goalie because he was injured and he was doing well which made the opposing striker mad, so the striker kicked the man directly in the balls and he died.

I found the story in the book which is a reliabale source. This is what it says:

October 1977: In the Colombian second division, Santa Rosa de Cabal left winger Libardo Zuniga was assigned to replace his team's injured goalkeeper for the remaining minutes of an important league contest with a local rival. Zuniga astonished everyone by making one spectactular save after another, but late in the game an opposing striker bacame so angry with Zuniga's sucess that he ran up to him and kicked him in the groin with full force. Zuniga died immediately, and the striker was arrested and charged with murder.

Ya i know but of been a pretty hard kicked, probly kicked his balls rite into his brain which then exploded and killed him. RIP whoever that golaie was btw. sad but hilarious story.:crazyboy:

Why don't you get one of your friends to nail you as hard as possible... you can tell us if you are still alive after/if you get back from the hospital.

no wonder I've never heard of this, 1977....Colombians are violent..:p

I once heard of a footy match where it was soooo foggy that the match was called off. Only thing is that one of the keepers didnt know it was called off and was still defending his goal whilst all the other players were showering and going home:crazyboy:

:funny: imagine that. but wouldn't he have noticed:o

The slightest tap to my nutsack hurts as it is, I couldn't possibly imagine getting nailed in the nutsack by someone's foot at full force.

Just thinking about it makes me cringe.

and yes, i wasnt actually kicked in the balls, but something like that happened like 3 years ago. playing futsal this guy kicked the ball pretty damn hard and it hit me right in the b a l l s cuz i jumped to stop the shot ....you prolly should know that the futsal ball its pretty smal and hard when it hits you ;) i couldnt get up for like 20 min lol that was hilarius although it hurt-a-lot

ill check it out, ali nemam burazeru puno vremena da budem na netu zbog nogometa, zenski, posla i tih stvari pa jedva sam aktivan na ovom forumu. ;)
