Every time i log on to internet a "peripheral" dial up connection interupts, i delete and uninstall it but it keeps happening some one help me out

Perhaps some annoying ad company? Try ad-aware.

If you haven't messed with anything, then I guess it would be your ISP messing about on there end.

If I understood well, I think it has happened to me too a LONG time ago.. I think that u can find a solution in "Internet Options">"Connections"
