Alright... How the fudge do you do moves? I managed to do one 360 spin with henry, but i dont know how i did it. I guess this is also a good place to tell your tips and tricks. Please respond... i'm desperate:(

use the "shift" key to do special moves..

i've tried that, but it only does the same thing as last fifa, it does a feint and then turns in the direction i press the button.
EDIT: Alright. i've finally did the 360 spin a couple of times. Is it random? the same button combos dont seem to do the same move. Does anyone have a move list? I know its kind of early, but i'm anxious

I did it with zidane, figo, henry and it worked..
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't..
depending on the "situation" i guess :rolleyes:

well i did a bycycle kick. it was that i just crosses the ball behind my striker, i pressed the shoot button, no double tap or anything, so he turned, and hit it, but it hit the post :f***:

i guess its just if hes in a good position



oh and the skills seem to be random with the shift key i guess...dunnno for sure yet...ive done a nutmeg, 360, some wierd alternate stepover thingamajig, and the basic feint.

so thats the same as ur curlin shot for fifa 2004

Shouldn't it be a diving button too, I think they wrote that some place, but I haven't found it in-game or in the manual (Read Me- file). Have someone found it, or isn't it in the game?

i dont think dives are in this game... not totally sure though.

anyone found out bout chip shot yet? and no, im pretty sure diving is not in.......i dont really think diving is encouraged..:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

i think when he was talking about dives, maybe he was talking about diving headers - cos they were promised in this game. and i reckon they'll be around, but it'll just be random.

Yeah, I did a diving header from a cross today. All depends where the ball is in relation to the player.

Actually I wasn't talking about diving headers, but diving like Makelele did against Monaco last night.

And yeah, I agree it's destroing the game of football, but it would be a little fun to dive and get a unfair penalty.

it would be sort of fun, but i dont think they are going to put the dives into a fifa game.

i think they are.

i manage to do bicycle kick, diving header, fake shot, 360, and ball through opponent leg.

bicycle kick and diving header only can done when your player at suitable position.

skill move is depends on your player skill and also opponent position. i still not sure when you can done 360 or the ball through opponent leg....sometimes wrong skill make me loss my ball at penalty area :(

fake shot is C+D, chip shot i still not able to do it...any body does??

i haven't figuired it out for the pc either, anyone know?

i know how to do the chip shot but i use a ps2 control pad, jus hold L1 and press shoot. hold L1 and press L2 to do a chip through ball as well.

hehe i did a thru pass above a cpu´s legs...hehe cool.


and a cpu did an autopass against one of my defenders..

it seems that the AI at last is using skills.

yeah, its great that the cpu is using skills, but i still dont like the through pass very much.... Why cant i power it up? I just dont like it....

i know that euro 2004 has a through pass, i am just not happy that you cannot power it up like in fifa 2004

just press Q+S AND you can power it up like in fifa 2004!

After some days of playing euro 2004 i have to tell :
Euro 2004 has more features than fifa 2004 but it's too difficult to score.
the defenders is too easy to do anything they want and offensives it's too difficult to steal the ball from the defenders.
if you win 1-0 you can keep the ball easy in defence so to keep the score. is this good?
why the shots has bad accuracy?
1 of 3-4 shots goes in the post? is this good?

I bileave that the game seams how good it is when you play against human not computer. i just played with my friend for about 25 minutes and the score was 1-0! 1 goal in 25 minutes!!!!.
and i don't prefer to do skill moves with 1 button so anyone can do it. my friend had the ball in defence and N-E-V-E-R I can't steal the ball.
the game has good feautures such a good long ball but for me the best Game is FIFA 2004.

if q and a is long through pass what is q and w... it does a short through lob pass, i think. I was experimenting with all of it. The passing system sure has depth. Thanks a lot ozzy!

has anyone managed to do a scissor kick? I know they mentioned bicycle kicks but im hoping they put scissor kicks back in too. This game sounds awesome though.

I haven't heard of scissor kicks and i dont think there in the game, i hope i'm wrong. Has anyone done one?

I dont get why they would put bicycle kicks in but not scissors since scissors are more common and easier to do.

how does one move a receiving run player, when not using off the ball? i've tried shift but that only makes the player on the ball do a skill move.

I bet you're using a Logitech Wingman Cordless? Mine does that too.

You point the directional button at the player and push q.

how do you jostle for a ball? and how do you get away from a defender leaning and pushing on a player?

I use MS Sidewinder 10 button controller. It's the old school one.

Which buttons should i be pressing?

its deffinately harder in this game. Is there another button you should be pressing? I would like to know too.

we are not looking for another defender. We were just wondering if there is another button you could push so that you jostle for the ball. Like in fifa 04 you could jostle and then pull them down. Its deffinately much harder in this game.

yo im new here but lemme tell u some stuff

divin headers and scissor kicks are completely random to my best knowledge as they have both appeared randomly in my playin.

tricks are done by pressing: shift + c and directional buttons. they are real useful in this game. shift + C + tap up + tap up is stepover to the left, shift + C + right + down + left is zidane spin on the ball. shift + C + left + down + right is spin tha otha way. just rememba, if u try these moves wit a **** playa then he will *** up and prolly fall ova the ball, but with a good player he will pull it off. i havent worked out chip yet

Diving headers where already in FIFA 2004 too, it isn't a new feature.

also, shift c will stop the player and he can walk closer and closer slowly
