Now it's all good to pick a dream team, but it'll all depend on who you play and what style you're gonna play too.
I'd pick two teams, one a 4-4-2 with the emphasis more on taking it through the middle, getting the wide midfielders involved ( not crossing too much ), passing kinda game, creativity is the word.

Radebe and Campbell would be rock solid, Neville/Harte work well with Beckham/Kewell and will always push up
