I know someone posted this earlier but:
I went through my first season with Roma and one the League, Italian Cup and EFA Cup with relative ease on Pro Mode. My leading scorer was Montella with close to 60 goals. Most of my games were like 4-0 4-1 sometimes more depending. I rarely lost a game. Now I am playing my second season and surprise the computer seems to be tougher. I have only played a few games so it may be to early but my first game was against Juventus and i won 2-1. My following games were 3-1 but with the 3rd goals coming late. If this really is true I think it adds much more depth to the game. Anybody else notice this?

Maybe you were just getting tired? This AI is the most stupid EA has made in a long time.

I noticed that the computer will never substitute tired players and now I read a review of this game which says yes the AI will never substitute tired players. Now explain that!

Nope wasn't tired and I think it is true. I played a few more games last night and I played Fiorentina to a 1-1 draw. I am telling you it seems to be harder. I also played Vicenza and won 3-0 but I think my first year I beat them like 6-0. As I play more I will let you know. Thanks

I went through my third season and ended up with my defence letting in less goals and only a minimal decrease in the goals I scored and I think thats because I changed my tactics to a defensive level to try and make the game more interesting. I still score the same style goals time after time, the AI hasnt learned how to stop it. I basically take the ball up the midlle of the park to halfway, pass out to my winger and run till about the penalty box or further,. cross and score.
The AI has disappointed me, I havent found it to get better at defending against me
