In Fifa 2000 the weather should be able to change during a match if you select random. The weatcher during a match of footbal doesnt usually stay raining. There should also be a weather setting for a light rain. You should be alble to set the time like set a match to begin at 6:00 pm and if you do the sun should go down and stuff. When its raining when you slide tackle it should leave a mark on the ground and on the players uniform. You should get Yellow Cards for very obvious dives. There should be more halftime, pre-match and post-match commentry, the commentators should be able to talk about the way the goals were scored, i.e. if beckham scored off a free kick they should say that. There should be the sidline ref holding up the sign saying the amount of injury time left. When injured there should be a stretcher (If they had one in International Super Star Soccer it should be in Fifa 2000). The Crowd should change size. When is the last time a match between to pathetic teams sold out? The crowd should be more animated. The goalkeepers sometimes are way too pathetic. You should be able to place your wall against a free kick because sometimes the wall is just too lame. The arrow thing that comes up when taking free kicks is weird. I think the ball should follow the path of the arrow. The keepers are too good at times and other times he lets a slow ball go right under him. EVERY TEAM in the game should have their own shirt, flag and stadium which you should be able to customize in the game (wouldnt that be killer?). Smarter computer substitutions are needed, the computer never subs untill around 89 mins which makes no sense if theyre down 2 -0.
Some of these suggestions are VERY optomistic but it would be cool to have these things added.

Cheese man, you are absolutely right. The weather idea is a killer. Also, customising stadiums and stuff. There are to many of the same stadiums in previous FIFAs. The commentary idea is also good. They should also add more excitement in the commentary, for example, when there is a brilliant goal scored, they should shout sometimes and carry on raving about the goal. Also they should comment on how some players are performing, like if Ronaldo had a quiet game, Say that he is heavily Marked. Great suggestions. Look for my suggestions, and see what you think.
