Long time without put anything here, but i have great news. After a monhts of lot of work, finally we have 34 new awesome faces for the moment, some of them retextured, others totally new faces. The List of Players are:

F.C.Barcelona: Kluivert, Overmars, Ronaldinho, Victor Valdes, Reiziger, Luis Enrique, Saviola, Cocu, Marquez, Puyol, Quaresma and Gabri.

R. Madrid: Beckham, Casillas, Raul (last updated on ingame ss), Zidane, Figo, Helguera, Ronaldo, R.Carlos and Guti (Pavon is testing)

Other Players: Karpin, Diego Tristan, Molina, Valeron, Asunçao, Denilson, Joaquin, Cañizares, Aimar, Tevez, Reyes and Zenden.

You can see the faces via Editor or via INGAME where they looks much better. Each month i will add some more faces. You can visit

Great news!I'm longing for new faces because that's what I'm most missing.
Neovico,can you or someone else from Socceraccess release a tutorial how to import faces from Fifa 2004 / Euro 2004 to PES3?
You already made a Zidane face and nevertheless that Fifa is crap there are some nice faces(e.g. Kuranyi)

Party-Boy, the way of to create faces in fifa and in pes3 is totally diferent, in the first one, is a coloured texture adapted to a mesh. In the second one, is a grayscale texture that defines the bumpmap of the mesh, normally, white is rise and blak is down, furthermore, is PES3 you need a put a exactly picture of the player. Anyway i have in mind to do a tutorial for PES3 faces.

Torrie!!! my friend. Ahh...Van Der Vaart!!!. Believe me when i say that i know every headshape of PES3 as my line hands and there´s no a decent headshape (model) to do a great face...anyway i promise to put all my enffort to make batter version of Rafael.

To all, be free to report what faces are you favourite and i will do, better than in PES3 or newest.

to get Reyes face in game,i must replace an existing face no??

Will this work for ps2

lplover, yes, some of the faces will replace others, others are made by parts as Puyol face that does not replace any face, there´s impossible until the moment to create more headshapes, but you can choose if you want to use one determinate face or not. Anyway i tried to find and replace the faces that are not so used, for example, in the Reyes face, is an unknowed asian player.

luyindula, this faces are created for PC version, i dont think that it will works for PS2.

Neovico,but Ariel posted at socceraccess,that a SG member developed a new method which allows to create a PES faces based on a Euro 2004 face.But I guess that you wanted to say that it is neverthess very difficult to create one...

Chocula, the Riazor stadium is a 3dstudiomax model. Im waiting for a program that allows to import this models into the game. Anyway i see if i can edit some of the stadiums that are in the game to convert it in Riazor, cause this stadium is lovely.

Van der Vaart is nearly to be finished, i will put a screenshot here tomorrow.

Finally, i hope that the next week all the faces will be released on www.socceraccess.com, it will be include the Barcelona pack, Madrid pack, and Others pack (this last pack will include the latest faces, Zenden, C.Ronaldo, Van der Vaart, and i hope Kirkland)

Each month i will realesed another pack, including new faces, until i have not more headshapes...hehehe. (that you can see on the "presentation" site www.geocities.com/crypticdreams2001

All the good news has a bad part. I had tryied to use the most similar headshapes for each new player, and replacing players that are not so famous, or are from teams that are not very relevant. Bur in the case of Van der Vaart, the only decent headshape to use is the Morientes one. Of this way, if you want to play with Van der Vaart, the Morientes face will be not present in game, and same on the opossite. :(

The Barcelona faces is update with the Gabri face.

Then the Barcelona faces (12 faces), Madrid faces (9 faces) and Other Teams faces (16 faces) are finished until next month. Let me a days to rest, and then start to request about other faces for June.

I don't know Kirkland,but he looks 100% similar to the picture and Van der Vaart is also very nice.

all are superb but my favorite is Torres; looks like a face made by Konami itself :) great stuff

torres face is great; just change his hair to #122 and make and maybe haircolor 17; because he has his hair diferent now; i saw him in the game spain vs italy nad he has his hair like what i mention

Im thinking in to do more stadiums, but, the thing that we cannot import them to the game, hurts me a lot....sirs or Konami, please, a plugin or program to import them to the game. There´s a lot of beatiful stadiums, Riazor, El Calderón, Maracaná, Bernabeu, etc....that should be in the game. Anyway in open to do to more stadiums, say it.

Ok, for the next month faces, i keep in mind, Frank Lampard and Jerome Rothen. Ballack is in the game, and is very well done, anyway i can improve to do a more acurate version, no so cartoon.

If all goes fine, this weekend you will able to download the 3 firsts packs of faces at SA. I will put here the new. Promissed.

you cant make 3D stadiums for PES/WE. you should take a base stadium and change the textures. sometimes i hate from konami about this!

but you can make a great riazor on kashima stadium on PES3. try it, belive me it will be very good!

i would love to see the historic goodison park in there. shouldnt be too hard to do design wise. Thanks in advance

Why? Because is more confortable to intall only one file than not 36 diferent files for each face.....

yeah it really sucks that you can't import that beautiful stadium; so why not just retexture the rest of the stadiums like you did with nou camp and make them more realistic; ghost face is doing some wonderful things by just retexturing the stadiums; i know its not same than doing tha stadium fron scratch; but is better than nothing; for example i use old traford retexture by Chrisha with day fine settings and using the same stadium with night fine settings it turns in to Westfalenstadion textured by FCH. ; that way we can have more diferent stadiums.

nice work on his nose and mouth but i guess u didn't know that most of the time he plays his eyes are a bit smaller.I think u can also fix his skin color cuz his face skin color is brighter and the lines on his forehead has to go.Anyway, im confident that u can do it,man.sorry if im being to harsh on you.Just keep up the good work.;)

neovico i inserted the hyperpack 1 asf file, and u know what it did...???

it change the position of all my faces, now beckham instead of being 43 is 42, and like that, wtf am i suppose to do!!! they are all screwed up

maybe if u could put it in an AFP patch file, it'd be easier, cuz right now, if you insert it over the other one, it'll f*ck up the faces, no sure why this happened

Is strange, cause the is a file that only contains the texture data (i only modificated it), but the headshape numbers, etc are the same, i had respected the numbers,,,i didnt change face 43 by 42, etc....(i mean any "inside" data) try to do it again with the last version of AFS Explorer or WeModCenter, if does not work, try to intall each .bin file separately, it should be works. Almost it had been tested and works.

thanks for the faces neovico, they keep getting disorganized if i insert the asf file, and if i try them manually (inserting one face each time) they'll become white (i've been fighting with this issue over a month)

btw, its true, lampard is not very convicing, maybe if you can make him look like Gronkjaer's pic...(H)

Well,I can't understand the complaints.Of course it isn't possible to make a face 100% convincing but if I compare the screenshot by Neovico with the first Lampard picture on page 6 than I have to say...G R E A T :)

Well, about the Lampard face, is not finished, im trying to find the more acurate headshape, and why not to say it...is difficult, hehehe. Anyway, i will improve him a bit more. Give me more details (besides of the pics) of how he should to look

About installing the faces...i dont know why does not work, cause this pack has been tested. If in ASF the faces appears disorganized use WeModCenter and install the faces one by one. Loading first the data.asf file that are in the PES3 folder, and installing the .bin files that are inside of the new 150_......file in the 150_......... old file.

oh well, i did it manually and at the same time learned the way to insert the faces without getting the to appaer white :)

Great to hear that works Manutd12,,,if you use often WeModCenter you will see that is really easy, almost for me, more than ASF explorer.

i just use AFS Extract and it works like charm.....i just imported the faces pack folder and walaah!!!don't know why people are still having problems. tho IMO i think its best if u have different Utilities to install kits,faces or boots....like me example, i have AFS Explorer,WeModCenter and AFS Extract.

oh Neovico bout Lampard he eyes are usually small but not to small when he's playing and he usually looks like he's frowning 4 most of time.he's also got a short spikey hair.Hope that helps.

oh yeah, Neovico, if u STILL have FIFA2004 installed then why don't u look at EA's Lampard pic. its not that accurate but good for a reference.If you don't have FIFA2004(which is nothing to be ashamed of:D ) then u can just look at the screenshot at Breamsters site.heres a link

Gudjohnsen looks great! I recognized him from the first look! Maybe you can fix the mouth.

For Lampard: I think the shiny parts are a bit too white.

lampard, i think he's nose and cheeks look too skiny, like if he hadn't eat...because he's face is fatter...lol

4 yer 1st attempt on gudjohnsen i'd say its class;) i think u can improve it by fixing his mouth and add a lil' bit eyebrows and make him look more calm becuz ,no offense...it looks like he's mad or somethin'....

Imo you should fix Lampards eyebrows but he looks good! The Gudjohnson face is very good already!

About the Becks tatoo, i think that is not possible, cause the skin used in all "white" "black", etc...models, are the same, i mean, the same body skin for Zidane and Becks,etc..

it looks a little bit like he's wearing a mask!

just a pee wee better than last Lampard face but its getting closer to his face......the lines on his forehead, his eyebrows and the dark shadows around his eyes and mouth are the main problems,tho.Don't push yourself too hard on making his face and do a face that u feel most comfortable doing,okay?

P.S-how about taking a look at ChrisA's Lampard face?his face is good a example on his skin color and his face's fatness its just his eyes and mouth that needs to be worked on(Chris or Arnaldo pls don't get mad at me 4 usin your pic without permission:().:crazyboy:

I can't find one anywhere.. plz man..

I mean It's better to try by ourselves and
not requesting 'do this, do that' all the time..

I tried to make a face without knowing nothing
and it comes out like plastic..

I used Paint shop pro and photoshop aswell...
Mainly paint shop cause its more user friendly.

I want to try changing some minor things and then

The bad thing is that i found out the game originaly
or maybe some patch i had applied, had given Crespo's
face to Deco.. I thought it was his face.. so if anyone
wants Deco will lose Crespo. :(

Ok... I fixed some little things like smothness,
the eyebrowes, a bit darker tone for the mouth etc

Sorry for the delay men, but as always, f.. work mantain me very busy. I have now more time for faces. I will put here tomorrow the last ones pics that i are working on, and Gudjohnsen arranged too. About the tutorial, well, im thinkng in to do one, in english, i think that most of people can understand it (no offense for other languages.....neither mine...hehehehe). But this tutorial, i think that i will realeased for the next month. Indeed, as all, the face creation on PES3 is not a very difficult thing, is a try and try and try and try thing, you know, practicle....

Yes a tutorial in english would be great Neovico. There was only
one in French by davidian and i couldn't understand it in some
steps. It is taken off the forum were he posted it and Mayor
gave me a copy.

Anyway i agree with you that it's easy cause i made mine
without having that tut, created it with a much much simpler
way and i know nearly nothing about pic editors.

I think the problem is to find a good picture of the player
mainly.

As for the deco pic i've upload it in a homepage of mine
and cause the hosting is free i guess sometimes it's down.

CYA!!! he man you are so great you can make the best faces i ever seen so plzz can you give man united a try man united doesn't have much good faces so did you want to make one or more of dise faces: djemba djemba,fletcher, kleberson tim howard or heinze the new signing or some one who does't have a good face by real madrid.
