HEy gang, just reeled off a great individual effort from Bobo Vieri.
I was using Inter Milan vs a team i made, "Best of Europe", which featured :
GK: Kahn
DF: Puyol, Nesta, Stam, Cannavaro
MF: Vieira, Zidane, Totti, Beckham
FW: Henry, Vieri
So i countered by playing a 4-5-1 with Vieri as the lone striker (in blue form)
Scored 6 goals! in 5 attempts! (Slided in a Recoba shot that was just out of reach for Kahn)
Yet, only rated as 8.5 at the end! What gives!

Maybe one went in that was an attempt, like someone trying to clear and then hit your player and rebounded in (H)

the we7 rating system also rates if you are a nerd or not. If so, you will get 1,5 point in minus.

1) What level of difficulty were you playing?
2) Did you win the game?
You can always run the numbers. Generally, the players on winning teams will average performances between 6.5-7. My guess is that Vieri's team had ratings in that area, and therefore he wasn't getting a 10, regardless of his individual performance.
Zygalski's Henry got a 10, on the other hand. My bet is that several of Henry's teammates in that match received ratings in the 5-6 range.
In the end, it all evens out to an average 6.5-7 per player, for winning teams. Just a theory, but check it out next time you play.

lol.
Those are not all stats: You should move the slider at the right down: Maybe he didn't do his defensive duties
I agree you get higher scores if you win. Also the level you play is important I guess. What level did you play?

Zygalski's team stats above support my original point in this thread. The 8 players shown averaged a 6.68 ranking.
Again, a winning team will average approximately a 6.5 - 7.0 ranking per player. If you have someone getting a perfect 10 rating, it'll come at the expense of other players who get in the area of 5.5's
If, on the otherhand, every player ranks in the 7's, no one's getting a 10, no matter the performance -- i.e. Vieri's seemingly low rating of 8.5 for 6 goals.
