There is a bug in CM3 which makes the install shield start up if your CD-ROM is set to auto-play. You have to hold the "shift" key down as you insert the CM3 cd into your CD-ROM. Hold it for a few seconds, and then start CM3 through a short cut or your start button. You will get lots of help at www.cm3.com
