FIFA decided today to take off the sporting punishment to Cameroon and give back the 6 points taken to the african team. The money punishment remains, so the cameroonian FA still have to pay 128.900 euros.

that's good. better to pay 128.900 euros than be -6 and pay 128.900 euros.

btw, shouldn't it be 128,900? :D

It was about time they finally gave them back their points.
Taking away 6p for using a "new-looking-kit" is ridiculous.

Blatter is an idiot, if you deduct the pts, you have to do it with conviction, if not dont deduct them to begin with.. getting him out of office is almost as important for FIFA as getting Bush out of office for USA

Good thing, but this only shows how inconsistent and uncredible Blatter is. Somebody please kick his ass out . . .

Thank goodness. If it was a big European or South American nation, they wouldnt have even thought about deducting points in the first place.

I'm glad they reversed the decision, a fine is adequate punishment.

Justice! It was really childish from the FIFA to give them a punishment in the first place. In all other sports evolving of outfits are going faster then light but in football it's dissalowed. I think we should embrase Cameroon for taking us to another step of clothing in football and certainly not punish them.

Stupid Blatter... finally they have reversed it though. Man, I hate that idiot sooooo much! And yes, I agree... kicking him out of FIFA is the same as kicking Bush out of the USA.

Blatter is a "Bush" or a "Hitler" for Soccer.

Blatter is the Hitler of soccer? Thats a little harsh. Personally though I agree that he is the Bush of soccer. Some guy who makes silly changes left and right with silly comments who wants to stick to their plan of pissing people off no matter what the stakes  (H)
