Not quite sure if this goes here but, will there be indoor in this FIFA?

I loved indoor on the early FIFA series.... and I would like to know if it will be included in 2005.

Thanks.

You guys keep talking in indoor? That's a dream, EA will never put indoor again... if they make indoor will be a separated game.

Why do you want indoor? When was the last time you saw Arsenal vs Manchester United indoor?

MLS is sometimes played indoors. I hate MLS, and i hate indoor. Personally, i wouldn't mind if they dont put it in the game.

Yah, The perfect game would be no MLS, no Indoor.

a lot of the market for fifa is in the US. If they dont add MLS, sales may go down. My only use for mls is to buy players and sell players from them in carreer mode. (i've only bought one from them since their players are horrible) although i've bought more from the korean league.:)

But people who love football in north america don't care about MLS, they're mostly interested in bigger and better leagues like european 1's. They buy the game to play in better leagues.

MLS is ok, i am glad it is around, but only rarely will I watch the games. Today I saw bits of the NE. vs Metrostars i think, the American soccer is kind of dull and the commentators suck horribly.

A question was posed as to who would be on the National team : Adu or Gavin. And the commentator said Gavin:rolleyes:

The MLS has potential to become bigger, but its not there yet. As long as it doesnt go bankrupt like the womens league, i will be happy

i dont really think it will ever go big time like the EPL mainly because of "soccer" being such an unpopular sport in the US

Back on the Indoor Mode thread, I think it would be good if EA brought it back, especially if you could create your own indoor team, players etc....

FIFA 98 (in my opinion the best FIFA game with 2004 a close second) had the indoor matches which were good fun for a while but I soon got fed up of it and haven't played indoor for ages.

MLS has NEVER been played indoors - EVER.

You are thinking of the MISL (Major Indoor Soccer League) and it doesn't have any connection to MLS (Major League Soccer).

I think the MLS is not bad at all, sure is not as big as leagues with 70 years of history but for 9 or 10 yrs, is doing quite well.

Well indoor soccer would be cool IMO, with the betetr ball physics and all I think it would be pretty interesting, but ya I doubt they'll add it back in and to me I found it fun all the time. Its just something fun to do in my opinion. For the MLS I never even follow them so umm yea lol, I'm just happy the Portuguese League is in Fifa now... So for MLS don't care if there in or out..

I liked the indoor mode at FIFA97, but it's not that fun that I would have bought a pure 5 a-side soccergame!
About MLS: I think it's great that MLS is in the FIFA, It's said here that US players wants to play with European teams. That may be right. But with MLS in FIFA I think you expose soccer to a much broader US audience.

Very true, I first wouldnt buy a indoor soccer game... If it was deff a side mode in Fifa then that would be great. with MLS yea there proably not the best but atleast in a game you could see how well they'll match up against European and other teams from around the world and plus here in the US you'll deff sell more obviously with the MLS teams in it. I havent used the MLS teams in Fifa so maybe i'll try them out one of these days...

Indoor mode was also in FIFA 98 RTTWC...I thought it was pretty neat, but I sure wish EA Sports would come up with a modern version of indoor mode.

off topic a bit...but the MLS is similar to the situation of soccer here in Australia. The NSL (national soccer league) which just died out this season is going to be replaced by the Australian Premier League, and really I doubt it will take off. Australian Rules is the main game played here, and its going to be tough to see how it works.

If the APL appears in FIFA 2006, then people may go to the games in real life to see what theyre like

Indoor is good. There's no out-of-bounds and has much quicker gameplay.

indoor soccer is fun, it's like faster paced and kinda unbalanced which makes it fun to play every now and then
I'm still waiting for EA to include indoor mode, though I don't think it'll be in Fifa2005
