Is it possible? I remember doing that in older version of the game, but in Cm03/04 this option is ALWAYS disabled. Wtf is wrong? I want to use scouters durring the WC competition but I cant. Im checking if the option is enabled fevery day from about 10 days before the start of the world cup and it's always disabled... :confused:

I'm not near a continental/world competition, but the national competitions of selected leagues should be available at any time anyway:confused::
