Injured Keeper?


I was playing an Old Firm exbit-game , when from about 40yrds out one of the rangers players hit a passback to the keeper, I had larrson just outside the D and as the ball went to Klos before he could control it I put in a slide tackle to win the ball. The ref gave a freekick to rangers , but as the reply of the foul played Klos was rolling about holding his knee. I never seen a sub change come up ( I might have missed it and usually the commentators will say something about the injured player going off) but they didn't?

It was only when I scored a few moments later that I noticed it was a different keeper , but the strange thing about it! it was an outfield player in goals not the reserve keeper!

But none other than Capucho , and the shots I got on target a couple were right at him, but he saved about 3 with full dives ( well I should have known that ) but his keeper skill on the park was as good as any keeper Ive played against ( I said on park keeper skills because I never looked his stats in edit ) Now I would expect a good performance off a reserve keeper but not an outfiled player.


anyone else seen this , an injured CPU keeper being replace by a outfield sub instead of a sub keeper?

just happened to me as well....my keeper got sent off.....david james....no option to sub a player...john terry took over as keeper....and worst of all..i cudnt sub him or ne1 else for my reserve keeper!!

The best is when the player are playing with a whie bend in the head :D

I played my Default Master league defender, Dulic, as a goalkeeper. The reason was I had no goalkeeper....They were all out of contract. I bid for some goalkeeper thinking i will atleast get one. So I played Dulic as goalkeeper until I bought a goalkeeper in the first transfer window.:p

And I was still top of the table in Division 1!!
