TURIN, June 20 (SW) ? France international striker Sylvain Wiltord has allegedly agreed to sign a contract with Italian outfit Juventus.
The former Bordeaux hit-man, who was released by English champions Arsenal at the end of the season, had been linked with a number of European sides, including the likes of Tottenham and German champions Werder Bremen.
But Italian newspaper Tuttosport revealed today the 30-year-old French ace has allegedly found an agreement with Italian giants Juventus. Wiltord is now tipped to undergo a medical with Capello?s side right after the European championship.

I was being sarcastic.
djperthglory 21-06-2004, 09:54:AM i dont think it will happen,
but if it does i quite like him. he is a great player but hasnt been given the chance to show what he is capable of. i mean last season arsenal had a red hot seasona nd u really could not take thierry henry or pires of for a break. that is why he was really relegated to the reserves.
why knows if he joins he might be an asset. because when players change club they may change their ways too. thats my point of view anyway. but yes when we are linked with vieri, zlatan and gilardino it is hard to put wiltord in the list.

Voltaic Borusse 21-06-2004, 10:05:AM Wiltord will rip the Serie A defense to shreds next season, tenfold!
