I was wondering if there were any Soccer Gaming Forum sponsored (organized) Cups or Tournaments coming up?

MZUSA is very good about creating interesting Cups, but I was hoping that SGF was also organizing some.

Please let me know.

Dunno... if it's a free friendly-based cup, yes. If it's a paid private cup, no. But then the friendly based one didn't really work anyway... a paid cup would definately be completed.

I was thinking of a group stage and then knockout. As to how large the groups are, how many teams advanec, etc. would depend on the number of participants.

Also, I think two group matches would be better value for money and remove home advantage as well.

I would like to organize this, but I am pretty busy already running a tournament.

I already spent £10 on creating a free English Zone FL so please not me...:p And by the way don't ask about when the Zone is out as I gave my 20 articles to Steve a week ago and it still isn't out. Everything will be out of date meaning that I wasted a whole weekend writing those articles and all Steve needed to do was spend 30 minutes to bung them all in with some basic HTML and release a 7 page English Zone. I couldn't give anymore anyway, the amount of pressure put on my back has made me dislike the admin site and the Zone.
