I would like to know what the best training scehdule is. I'm using Daves schedule right now and its working OK. My team is Blackpool and my best players are young and raw. I want the best training schedule that fits my team and pushes my youth to their max.
Thank you.:)

If you want the best schedule for your team, you'll have to adapt one to make it fit your team yourself. If you don't want to do that, stick to one that works well (like Dave's ;)).
One tip: If you have enough coaches, make different schedules for the zones on the pitch (GK, Def, Mid, Att), and possibly for the teams (reserve, u18/19/23, whatever your club has.

Well, I use Gary's schedule from CM Greece, it's damn good...
mine is a version of Daves that i have heavily modified. Though im bored with everyone on the same thing, so im gonna make em for all over the pitch i think. lol

Me as well, but you need 2 coaches for each schedule at least for it to work properly. That's 8 already, and 4 physios.

mines all self made, i have schedules for goalkeepers, central defenders, full backs, midfielders, wingers and strikers, each with stuff that's suited to those positions as well as some mental and physical training. i never take much notice if it's working, but since doing it ive gone W25 D2 L0 in the season so far..

I just can't be arsed to put too much effort in training schedules. I have always been using the default schedules.
