I think overall, FIFA 2000 is slightly better than FIFA 99. The graphics are much better. The gameplay is about even, as far as the "fun factor". The computer is smarter in 2000, and it plays a little more like real soccer. I have the American announcers, and that's certainly a negative, but it's not the end of the world.

Overall, 2000 is a little bit better. Of course, for $40, shouldn't it be a LOT better? Maybe next year...
