why dont u just download one of these huge face packs with thousands of pics? It's easier than collecting all the pics your self

Because it makes CM take about 15 minutes to load up.

I want to make a couple of faces using Paint Shop Pro 7, can anyone help please??

Don't make the pics too big, 60x60 or 65x65 pixels should be fine.
You have to save the pic as a .png file, naming it with the unique ID for the player.
For Arjen Robben you'd use "850881.png", you can find out the number in the official editor, or the Nygreen one.
The location you save it in is: "..\cm 0304\data\graphics\pictures\players", create it if it doesn't exist.

Apparently people have said something about transparency, could anyone help on that? Because when I did it without that it came out with lines all over.

it's the same face with or without transparency, so... :p ;)
