I don't like the background on the second one.

the second has a much better quality pic, but you should change the background, something "easy to look at" (simple)

yeah it looks alot better wit the single border...but you should make it a 2 pix black/white border

to do this (if you dont know)

ctrl+a (selects all)
edit > stroke
width = 1px
colour = black
Inside (Checked)
then when you have done this...
magic wand...select inside the box...
edit > stroke
width 1px
colour = white
Inside (Checked)

as most people when theyre doing a border (well what i have seen) put on a 2 colour border...usually 2 px black/white
