In my opinion this technique shouldn't be a secret. When I first read about it I tried to find out how I can use it but with-
out success. So I found it out myself. I couldn't belive that it's so easy:

First of all you need a tool like Sonique (http://fshsoft.cjb.net/) or FSH-Flash to export the graphics into bmp-files. Then
you need a graphic-tool like Paint Shop Pro (www.jasc.com). At first export every jersey-graphic you wish to edit to a bmp-
file using for example Sonique. Then open the graphics in your graphic-program. Now look a the image's color palette and
change the last 64 (192-256) colors to the colors you'd like to use for your jersey. Then you can use these colors to create
your own cool 64-colour jersey. FIFA2K will show these colors like you see 'em in your graphic-program and like before you'll
also be able to change three colors in the FIFA 2000-customise menu.
