Apparently Robbie Keane and Laurent Blance were very impressive but the rest of the squad is like usual crap .Im telling you ,Inter will have another disappointing season .They can buy all they want ,but it seems that every year they play **** .

Calm down buddy! Pre-season friendlies mean very little.

Blue Moon, it wasn't a friendly. It was a Champions League qualifier. Inter should have done MUCH better, though at least this was their away leg.

now THAT is what i call pathetic. that's what i mean about teams that only have money but no teamwork and coersion (sp.)

btw galatasaray beat st. gallen 2-1 away i wasn't too impressed with that either.

I totally agree absolute trash. I am ashamed as a hard inter fan.

And guess who scored both Galatassary's goal - a little guy named Jardel. Damn I said for years inter should get this guy but no--go after suker. The sad part is inter is relying on a 35 year old to hold their "defense" together. Please for the love of god Lippi switch back to a 3 5 2.

Cordobia Blanc Simic
........Dibagio
Cauet...Seedorf..Brocchi
.........Pirlo...........
....Keane.......Zamarano.

Then use Vieri for Zamarano and
Zanetti for Cauet also RECOBA for Pirlo when they are healthy.

Boy, am i glad they lost...

Quoting Lippi: "We don't need Roberto Baggio, he doesn't fit into our plans".

Well, you got what you deserved... you're doing absolutely great without Roby, I'm impressed...

being an inter/lazio fan, that result doesnt surprise me too much when u consider inter do not have a stable well-drilled team yet..
as for Keane being inpressive - i doubht it.. if he scored,or provided a goal scoring assist - i wud call his debut impressive.
why didnt Lippi use H Suker.. he is several classes above Keane.
Keane is not class enuff to be effective as a starter in those important matches -Lippi shud use him as a sub / or let him prove himself aganst the lower teams of serie A.
Lippi - use ur best players for important games !!
wish he heard that for the 2nd leg http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

it serves that ******* moron lippi right....
he abandoned roby baggio, now it comes back to haunt him......for Italy's sake i hope they go through to the next round, but personally, i reckon lippi deserves a good kick up the arse for getting rid of baggio...............

anyway, FORZA JUVE!!! (scudetto 26 in season 2000/01...hopefully http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif)

p.s. edmundo22, quick question, how come you support both Lazio and Inter.....thats like someone supporting Man Utd and Arsenal....but thats your choice i guess.....

well cos club football try's to buy the magic of the international stars and the world cup is every 4 years , the only chance i get to see my fav players is when they play for their respective club teams in Europe or Sth America.
i follow Inter FC cos i enjoy watching Zamo ,Recoba, Seedorf and Ronaldo do their stuff.. they showed some good teamwerk at end of last season - but they need to wake up for the 2nd leg if they wanna get thru CL.
i follow Lazio too cos i also enjoy watching Salas carve up serie A defenders - Lazio's attacking teamwerk is pretty awesome at times, hope they can be more consistent in CL.

i agree with following diffeent eams because of players: unless your supporting teams from your own country(which shouldn't change) it's become amess there's no structure one day u love the team next day they sell all the players u liked and got a new coach,10 new players and there u go a totally different team!
especially in seria A (except juve) lazio, inter, milan ...
the only team i support now is braca.. gobarca http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

the reason why i said Robbie Keane was very impressive cause he was the only players with chances to score ,but the goalkeeper made an incredible save to keep his team in the lead .Im not a supporter of Inter ,but when it comes to the champions league ,I root for every italian club .

Hold down the Alt key and press 0252 on your number keypad. ü

Edmundo, I think he knows that. He was talking about how no one in here is spelling his name right.

I think if Inter lose the home leg of the match then there is something to be worried about. Yes they should have won, but that was an away leg in Sweden. And they had about 6 or 7 main starters injured. They also played Juventus in a preseason friendly and tied 3-3. So they had a bad result, this isn't the end of the world. All they need is a 2 goal victory at home to advance.

Oh, by the way, Inter wasn't the only team with a bad result. Valencia played Tirol Innsbruck and tied 0-0. Remember Valencia, they made it to the Champions League final last year. Anderlecht beat Porto 1-0. Sturm Graz beat Feyenoord 2-0. That's why there are 2 legs people. And to Paolo_Rossi, this result doesn't mean Inter will be **** this year! This is not a precursor to the season.

Sorry to disturb your discussion but who the **** is H. Suker?

His name is Hakan Sükür!!! Is it that difficult to write his name correctly? I mean have you ever seen someone writing R. Boggia, F.Titto, A. Del Peira or Z. Zadine? I guess not...

Although I'm not Turkish, thanks for you attention!
