How exacly do I use it? Every time I start it up i get "Error tmmng" or something like that. Do I have to place it on a espacial folder or something? Also jed wouldn't work on WC kits right?

... save as "any name".reg and dobble click on the file in Windows explorer: The registry keys for WEd98 are entered to your registry now.
Note: You may have to change the game and commentary paths in that patch before you apply it, depending on or Game installation.
In my case it's "D:\\games\\world cup 98" and "D:\\games\\Fifa 98"
for the game path and "D:\\games\\world cup 98\\audio" and "D:\\games\\Fifa 98\\audio" for the audio paths
Note2: Your installation of world cup 98 must include at least "...\ingame\player\textures", "...\audio\plrs\, "...\audio\teams\" and probably the flag/shield files as well.
When you finally get to the stage where you want to package a team, WEd98 might crash in some cases. This happens when there are no DB-files in the user folder or the team you've just wanted to package had no Team management entries in the DB-files. So check this out before hand.
