I tried everything but nothing works to change the half time.

PS: with the Demo Factory it doesn't work either

add this line into locale.ini file
NEVERENDING_GAME = 1
and you can play as long as you want

Doesn't seem to work heh.

I downloaded it and it didn't work.So i opened locale.ini and modified the 0 to 1 on radar and time display and the difficulty from 0 to 2 and that's it....Not that hard...

Fifa isnt only about the radar, time display and difficulty
These demo expanders help you modify many other settings too
For example,
- Resolution
- Detail
- Camera
- many others...

Hmm.. If you know codes, u dont need to download expander. Like me.. (H) :p

Demo expanders are for the thick and lazy - those who either don't know how or can't be arsed to manually change the settings :p

well..they are not exactly using any processor demanding algorithms, most of them aren't even editing ini files the PROPER way :P

whoever users radar are pussys lol I class that as cheating , coz you dont wanna have to work hard to break the defense open, Im playing footy today for my local team and I dont expect to see a radar when playing :|

And since you're classing radar as cheating, class the fact that we switch players, and control every player on the field (except the goalie) as cheating...because we can't do that IRL :rolleyes:

When you are playing in real life are you watching yourself from tele cam? When using tele cam/sideline cam you cannot see what is ahead of you all the way to the goal, so the radar helps that. So how is it cheating? If you can't see a team mate because your screen resolution is small you use the radar to help you. I don't see how that is cheating. How does it make it easier to break down the defence? Surely if you are close enough to the oppositions defence the radar won't help you because you can see them.

so those the time limit changes and is there 2 halves?

Playing without radar is like playing football with one eye, so yea, if you are not disabled and playing a disabled side, then that is cheating.

I have the max halves set at 2 and half length set to 10 yet it never works. Anyone got either working???

have you guys some interesting settings which could speed up the game? I don't mean "speed of players moving" but methods to increasing fps, like disabling the crowd moving, turning off some stadium/players details etc.

I have Duron 1.2 Ghz, 512 Mb DDRAM, GF2MX (I know it's crap but throuh 3D Analyzer I could play PES3 1024x768x16 double speed High detail...)

Seeing as your using a low resolution and detail level you should be able to run it alrite. I suppose it comes down to what you think a decent speed is.

without 3D Analyzer I have about 12-30 fps (I checked with SGR_DISABLE_PERFORMANCE_STATS = 1 it displays fps during game)

especially during counterattack and when many player are in one place it's very low framerate for me; but nevermind, I played at unlimited time over 3 hours :) and I'm finally bored with this demo so I don't need to run it better ;)

My problem is that the screen resolution changing in the different demo expanders doesn't have any effect in the FIFA 2005 demo. The resolution stays the same no matter what I do. I've tried to modify the locale.ini file differently many times and I can change SOME of the things (referee, linesmen etc.) but the screen resolution stays kind of "locked" at 640x480 or something like that in the game.
Any suggestions anyone?

...it's the same problem with render quality. Eventhough I change it in the locale.ini, it stays "locked" at someting like 'medium' I think.
RENDER_EVERY_AI_FRAME = 1 doesn't work either.

open locale.ini and write RESOLUTION=1024x768x32 (thats last resolution dont try to write 1280x1024 or 1600x1200 it will be 1024x768 again..) :(

...I am aware of the limit of 1024x768 and I haven't tried higher settings than that. The problem is still there and in-game it looks like the resolution is only 640x480 - no matter what I try to write in the locale.ini...
BTW got the newest drivers for my gfx-card.

Ladies, for those who have tried Demo Raptor you should have read that resolution and some other stuff aren't working, so don't try editing the local.ini because it won't work.
The screen resolution and half time limit doesn't work (I think there were more non-working stuff but I can't really remember).

There most be some other file to edit. I'll go have a look.

actually, the resolution DOES work in windowed mode, but I couldnt make it work in full screen for some reason :confused:

and what do you mean about half time limit Fede? cause I did change the time and it works perfect.

how could i unable the sunshine lighting effects .
i mean when 2 forwards stand around the ball and they didnt kick it and they made some signs to others , i did like the graphic .
but when the match begin , the vision was on tele sight , then the strong sunshine lights came out . i did feel the game speed down when the lights came down !
the lights are too bright that i could see the details about the players .

but how can i unable it ?
in fifa04 , i can do it when i use low detail mode . but i tried it this time and it didnt work . i also edited the pc graphic config file in data/cmn , but i set most the settings to =0 , the demo graphic looked poor but the sunshine also exists !
is there any way to do that ?!

any idea? in the locale.ini is said 1024x768x32 but the ingame resolution is 640x480! where is the mistake? :confused:

try in windowed mode. as I stated in one of those posts up there, the resolution doesnt change for me either in full screen, but it works perfectly in windowed mode :)
