You can use any fifa 2004 ball for fifa 2005


1. Extract balltexobj.texobj55__texture56__6.fsh from zdata_16
2. Open in it fshtool
3. Edit the bmp file
4. open it in fshtool again and import it back to zdata_16 and compress.

How do you extract that from zdata_16? Do you use a special program or something? I couldn't figure this out. Is there an easier way to do it? If so, it would be helpful. Maybe someone could just make a ball raptor for 2005 and make it a ball raptor install. Is that possible? Or is it possible to use the 2004 ball raptor to import the ball into the 2005 demo?

Open zdata in biggui and extract it.

You can't use ball raptor for 2004, but I guess there will be one for 2005.

Ok, I figured it out, but I can't get the ball to look right:

That template is 2G, so just resize it to 1G (128x128) and it will be fine.

I have resize template and ball doesn't work fine :(

When you resize it and try to reimport it with FSHTool, it says "Incorrect Geometry" because it's expecting the file to be 256x256, rather than 128x128, and it refuses to import it.

Opps, sorry my mistake. It's supposed to be 256x256.:$

I'll take a better look at it tomorrow, and see what I can do.

Could it be that the bitmap pattern is different this year? I have a Champions League ball that imported just fine, when I get home, I'll post that here so you can see it.

can any 1 summarized how to import it? cause i very noob in this kind of thing. please list details how to do it in step by step and what tools are require to do so

Why don't you please make a Ball Raptor, like in Fifa 2003...? That was a great tool. All these Big Raptors and other raptors...all they do is make my game crash and so I have to reinstall:f***:

Well I asked Marcel and Dennis and they both chose to ignore me so I got fed up and made them myself. I can post them on here so you could give me an opinion if you wish. It was the same with flags, no one paid any attention to me until I got fed up and made them myself. I guess that says something in itself.

Thanks for offering to do them by the way MancoBlanco, means alot. I do however still need a pair of boots and faces. Those I know I can't make no matter how fed up I get :p

I asked Lancer for the boots a while back but I haven't a reply yet nor have I had a reply on the faces. I'll post them here so maybe someone can help me out.
