Well Manco, I saw Feyenoord font and to me it looks very similar to original fonts from number 23 to 44, or from 45 to 66, so I don't feel it's useful to reproduce another copy of them...

Hi guys I'm back with too updates of fonts for season 2005-2006.
The first is AC Milan home font (the golden one), which I improved with some reflexes and now looks more realistic. The color number for the name on shirts is now 11. To install it refer to the explanation I posted in the last part of this thread. For the AC Milan away font (the red one) just look at the beginning of this thread.

AC Milan home gold (11)

The files come in this order:

1) Shirt colored bmp
2) Shirt alpha file
3) Shorts colored bmp
4) Shorts alpha file

The next font is the new EPL golden font. I made it in two versions, one with EPL logo and one without (so everyone can choose what he likes).
This font is suitable for Arsenal home kit 2005-2006 and for Newcastle as well.

EPL gold (11) with logo

And this is without EPL logo. Use the same alpha files as the font above (obviously :) ).

Here's a step by step guide to install fonts.
Let's install, for instance, AC Milan fonts (the golden for home and the red one for away kit).
I suggest to install them with these IDs:

Gold: 349
Red: 350

Both this font IDs can be found in the file zdata10.big in Fifa 2005/data directory. So go extracting 4 files:

Jersey's numbers:

playerkittexobj.texobj463104248046875__texture0474 54833984375__349.fsh

playerkittexobj.texobj463104248046875__texture0474 54833984375__350.fsh

Shorts' numbers:

playerkittexobj.texobj463104248046875__texture5455 322265625__349.fsh

Extract them with EA Graphics Editor (it doesn't matter if you decompress them or not).
Then open the fsh files with fshtool. Doing so will create a folder for each file, named as the file itself.
You'll find 3 files in each folder:

0000.bmp -> it's the coloured file with numbers

0000-a.bmp -> it's the alpha file (black and white)

index.fsh -> a generated file with info on the fsh file

Replace 0000.bmp and 0000-a.bmp with AC Milan ones. For example for golden numbers use the files [Milan oro 9 con pieghe] 0000.jpg and [Milan] 0000-a.jpg. Remember to convert jpg files into bmp files before the replacement!

After that double click on index.fsh (opening it with fshtool again) to export the data back from the folder to the fsh file.
Now you have the updated fsh file.

Do this for all the fonts you need to update (the same work must be done for jersey numbers and shorts numbers).

Now you should have 4 update fsh files in Fifa 2005/data folder, right?

To import them back to zdata10.big you must use fifaFS.
To do this first copy the following text in a new txt file:

Call this txt file "installnumbers.txt".

Then create another txt file called "install.txt" and copy inside it the following text:

fifafs.exe installnumbers.txt

Rename this file as "install.bat".

Now we have gathered all the ingredients to install the new numbers. In Fifa 2005/data directory you should now have the following files:

Double click on the file install.bat and it's done!

The last step is to run CC, open the AC Milan window, go on "Kits" and change the field "Jersey No. color ID" to 349 for home kit and goalkeeper kit and to 350 for the away kit and the third kit. Then for the shorts go down to the field "Short No. color ID" and to the same thing as for jersey.
Save and the work is done!

And then i would like to request a light blue adidas font for Marseille...the right colour is just not in the game... its the one that goes with namecolour 59... and i mean the adidas fonts starting with 45.

Anyway took a few screens so people can see how it looks ingame...

Hey Firody I'm strating to make some fonts too but I have sometimes a problem ingame. When 2 teams with changed numbers play together the game sometimes mess the numbers and put other fonts in the back of palyer.
Does it happen to you too or am I the only one?

Yes I know that problem, it corcerns the hashing of the big files in which you import the fonts. It does happen if you import fonts simply using EA Graphics Editor or bigGUI. You musn't use these programs. Instead you should use fifafs to import them. Refer to my tutorial to see exactly how. :ewan:

I use Big raptor to import the fsh. files...works fine!

You are right...tried to make the bitmap a fsh. file with eagraph...actually got the font to show up in Creation Centre but in the game you could not see it.

Yes Cripek you were right, there was a mistake in the installnumbers.txt, a dash in the wrong place. Now I corrected it, so it should work fine.
Btw yesterday I saw Marseille-Lazio and I think your font are really good, very realistic! In my opinion I would also apply the wrinkles layer to them, to make them look more real. :)

To tevez: I was looking for some good pictures, I need all the 10 numbers! Then I can start working... :jambo:

@evil bert: here are the fonts you requested. I think they are specific for Borussia though, cause I've seen Inter, Juventus and all Nike national teams playing with the last year font.

@silencer: as Ajax font is the same as last years, and as this font is very similar to the one already in game from 67 to 88 I don't find necessary to make a new font. Maybe I could try only if you give me good pictures of all the 10 numbers. :D

Forgot to say that FIFA 06 fonts and FIFA 2005 fonts are exactly the same (no more numbers swaps as in FIFA 06 Demo), it's just a matter of renaming them correctly (see some posts above). :) :ewan:
