Is there any solution for those crappy nets that are in FIFA since 2003? It look likes the nets are becoming worse and worse every year, why can't EA make good nets with good physics like in PES?

This is just horrible, I'm having less fun when I'm scoring a goal in FIFA.

Can this be fixed or what??!!? :confused: :rolleyes:

yeah I'm with u man, I hate those nets

I agree, its even back if you score and it hits the side net and bounces into the back, the side net moves but the back one is like a brick wall.

also why cant they make it so when you score a low shot the ball will roll up to the roof of the net?

I see when the ball hits the net post it will rebound of that, thats pretty cool

But EA need to work on their nets right on rick:mrpimp:

lol, yeah, the nets suck, but gameplay has still many obvious flaws that a real Soccer fan (thats how they call it cuz i ts FOOTBALL) would have noticed by now....

I have yet to try the game b/c I use the ps2, but that wasn't my point anyway. my point was that it's dumb to keep posting about freakin nets, why the hell do you care so much about the damn nets? it's one of the least important features there could possibly be.

Yeah the nets are poor but so what?? the way the net reacts is hardly a main feature that we all need.

can't someone just make a patch that will make the nets more real in pc version? i always get pc versions of fifa

Yeah there will definetly be a patch for pc

ofcourse the gameplay its important,
but nets are also important, amen when u scoore and u shake the nets like in real football (FK or PES) the game fills mutch better, and u enjoyin scoring gools, and the game could become more attractive. but to be honest scooring gools in fifa dosn't make anything to me.

dude, its funny cuz they dont listen to people who want nice nets (as you can see the game still has ****ty nets), and they dont listen to people at all...:p

When it comes to scoring or fishing, nets are too important. :jambo:

Yeah the nets can get much better. It will get a greater scoring feeling if they get better.

although gameplay is more important, the nets should be more realistic. come on guys, since fifa 2003 the nets have been like metal cages. if Konami and Namco can give us the ripple of the net when you score EA should too.

Codemasters have pretty good movement of nets in their games as well.

Maybe FIFA is based on tighter nets. Sometimes in real I see nets that are real stiff and other times I see them pretty lose.

check out the nets on the MLS matches, they are lke fifa ones (suck as well) maybe thats where they got the model for fifa, they should use European model though

Seriously though. Nets aren't just a cosmetic thing like faces and kits. Nets make a difference to the feel of the game.

I never take any notice on the nets anyway.

Honestly, I don't see it that way...
I just care about the gameplay itself, shooting, and how the players move, overall...
But I never pay that much attention to the nets and that kind of things, at least not intentionally.

Same with me aslong as the overall game is good then who cares about the nets.

Yeah Yeah Yeah, sum like the nets to do what they should sum score so many goals they dont give a toss, too busy looking at their hero prance around like a baboon in heat :hump:

But i like the nets to do what they are supposed to, and thats show the effects of the physics in the game, important to me im afraid, it adds to the goal to see the effect of how powerfull a shot it was etc etc, yeah yeah you say, i like it and thats all that i care about, and i have to say that the people going on about iron nets are wrong in my eyes, i cracked a low hard shot bottom left with Henry and it moved the back of the net good and proper, looked awesome in the replay, so im happy.:rockman:

i do agree that it's a waste of time to spend so much time talking about nets, but surely it won't take too much effort to make the nets look good?

I think Ariel have knowladge to make them more real... can you answer to this Fede?
