hey, PSVFOREVER, how good are fabio grosso and bonanni? i've got them both playing(grosso as a left winger and bonanni as a center midfielder, with attacking attributes) and they're just awsome...grosso never plays below 8 and bonanni scores goals from outside the area in in almost every match :p

Both are good, I use Grosso as a left back with a lot of freedom, he mostly acts as a winger, his passing is pretty low though. Only 70% success rate, he takes some good free kicks though (Y) Bonanni was great for me, he worked himself in the Italian team pretty soon, but then he got a big injury, and after that his performances werent that good anymore. He did manage to perform good enough though to be a starter for Italy in WC 2006.

They have the green injuries which are so f*cking annoying, if they play more than 30 minutes with that they get bullsh*t injuries after the match.

I had someone who was 'green' injured and he was out for 6 months having broken his leg, so from than on I always subtituted the 'green' injuries.

I always leave the green injured players on, if the game hasnt been decided uet, IF their condition doesnt drop unusually quick. If they do have very low condition, i sub them. They hardly get injuries then.

Both really, there was another game, but apparently there weren't any outstanding players there or it was just some sort of a bug. Don't know.

My 2nd season is decent so far, 6 wins and 1 loss in the league, including victories vs. Milan (4-1) and Roma (2-0). Lost unlucky vs. Juve (3-0)

Failed to qualify for CL (3-2 win and 2-1 loss) (N)(N) Never lost in the qualifying round before so far. Did qualify for group round of the UEFA cup.

Took over Macedonia too (Y)(H) Rejected Holland for it :p . First match a 3-3 draw vs. Poland, with a 93th minute goal from my 38 year old Ciric.

My probably biggest achievment in Fm06 so far though: (H) In a group with Italy, Czechs, Slovenia and Poland, all good teams

I have always thought that the way SI schedulas was messed up anyways. Like have 4 very hard matchs in a row than a Italian Cup Semis match than play either Juve or Milan right after that. :rolleyes: Than play the Leg 2 of the Italain Cup right after that. I tried to manage both national team ( Italy ) and club at the same time but i got anoyyed with picking players for Italy and focusing on Italy while also working on Fiorentina, so i just let go of Italy. Hows your Palermo game going?

2nd in the league, top is close though, after 13 games. 2 points behind Roma. Milan is 3rd, and I really fear them, they won the treble in the first season.

I've got problems scoring though, both Carraciolo (2 months) and Makinwa (4 weeks) were injured. Luckily I had Rossi (the one from Man U), he scores almost always. Currently my topscorer. Both Carraciolo and Makinwa are back now though, Carraciolo is recovering (stats dropped quite a lot during injury) and Makinwa just scored the winning goal in a boring away match vs. Fiorentina (0-1). If you annihalate Toni they're pretty easy to stop.

Ive got not much problems selecting my Macedonia squad though, there are only a total of 34 Macedonians in my game (H) So selecting 26 isnt too difficult.

I dont know whats wrong with the Czechs, they got outplayed vs Italy (3-2 L), Slovenia (3-2 L) and Poland (1-2 L) They were better vs. me (I won 3-2) And they had only a narrow victory vs. Armenia (3-2) Their problem is obviously the defense. For some reason Cech isnt even in the national selection. Cerny is their first choice, Lastuvka 2nd and Blazek 3rd.

god damn, I got an error when I clicked on the cup match Milan-Parma. Now I've lost the victory vs. Kazachstan, 2 league victories (vs. Fiorentina and Brescia) and an important victory in the UEFA cup vs. Cadiz. Damn

Woo! won the UEFA cup in my 2nd season. I started off well, injuring Di Vaio, and with Villa and Mista already injured, they had to bring on Cervero, who quite simply sucks (was subbed again in the 32nd minute...) I also scored in the 6th minute, but it was disallowed, I kept dominating and with a break out I scored 1-0: Carraciolo, who was quite good after his long injuries, but never really retained the form of the 1st season.

On the other hand, Im having a terrible Serie A season. 1 match to go. I have already drawn 10 and lost 7. Mainly because the terribly high rate of injuries. Im 4th though. But can still end 6th. Inter are already champions. Last match vs. Messina, while my opponents for the 4th place go to Siena (Udinese) or have a home match vs. Lazio (Fiorentina)

Didnt manage to qualify for EURO 2008 with Macedonia, left after 8 matches, when I couldnt qualify anymore.

In the league, with Palermo it was average, only 67 goals: 20 victories, 14 draws, 4 defeats. I ended 3rd though. Juventus won the treble: League, UEFA cup, Italian cup, its strange:

1st season: Milan champions, CL winners, Italian cup winners
2nd season: Inter champions, CL winners, lost in cup final
3rd season: Juve champions, UEFA cup winners, Italian cup winners

But my triumph: The CL! After winning the UEFA cup, now the CL. I was very average: In the qualifying round I beat Anorthosi (Cyprus) 3-0 and 2-0. In the group I first lost vs. CSKA Moskou, then won from Lille, then I got only 1 point vs. Arsenal and a point vs. CSKA Moskou. In the final match I played vs Lille, Moskou visiting Arsenal. I had to win, they had to lose: I won 4-1, they lost 3-0. After that, I got some great, memorable matches. Beating Inter in the final:

It's not that weird for strikers to be goalkeepers, though. You see it all the time. Van der Sar, Westerveld, Shaaban, all GKs that are also quite capable strikers. In real life, that is, SI seem to disregard it at the moment. Well, that's the other way around, but you catch my drift.

I just got hired as the new coach of Brazil :hump: This game has crazy ass stats for Brazilians, they have the best team in the world. So now its Fiorentina and Brazil, should be fun.

I DID make them a European power by winning the UEFA cup and the CL in a row, but they dont care.

What a CL match. After the 2-0 I switched to a 3-3-4 tactic, and it worked really well. The 2-4 was a long range shot from own half after Buffon went up front with a corner.

wow, this is truly magical stuff. Last matchday of Eredivisie, Ajax 72 pts, Feyenoord 70 pts. Whoever wins this match takes the title. Shinji Ono scores on a FK 2 minutes in, then moments later Nigel de Jong was sent off for holding Kuyt on a breakaway. The game looked set to be a nightmare, but DAMN! Anything can happen in football!!!

Aissati is injury-prone in my game with Ajax. I signed him to my U21 team from PSV with a compensation. I loaned him out to NAC Breda in the first season and he suffered a broken leg there without playing a single game and Breda paid him wages for an injured 5 months haha. After he came back from the loan spell he was immediately injured again for 2 months... so far after 2 seasons he's only made 2 first team appearances for me. :p

Bendtner is not bad... decent goalscorer. I am manager of Ajax and Denmark in my game, and Bendtner scores a goal in almost every game for the Danish U21 side.
