Well I think your Plasil is not bad... texture is ok but the headshape is little different.. Plasil looks more childish.. not infantile, but I mean his cheeks are little buxom..

Well, I think that the problem is not in hair, but in the photo you used. It is too gray or blue... So the player looks like zombie..
