PS. nobody made "the best of the best patch" unfortunately, otherwise everybody would use only that patch and making other patches would be pointless

jonboyo's pes3 patches were the best.
Well, they were the only ones i heard of....

Actually it's more of a presonal opinion. You just gotta browse through the different patches and choose the one that you prefer.
