we havent been doing good since the beginning of the seaon.. but i think that we should have one good match that will turn it all around, and i think that match should be this one.... so 4-1 arsenal...

ljunberg
reyes
pires
henry will hopefully get started again

You wish. Charlton troubled us like nuts last season and with them adding class players to their squad, I expect and even tougher opposition.

2-1 Arsenal.
Jeffers O.G (2). (H)

3-1 Arsenal.

enigma: you don't seem to rate Arsenal too highly. This baffles me. Do you watch the same games I watch? Because the football I see is spectacular.

Arsenal 2-0

enigma

I'm sorry but on current form and with Charlton being one of our boogey teams, I don't see us thrashing them.

TheBizkit03
30-09-2004, 06:30:PM
I dont think our current form is that bad, its not about thrashing teams, it matters if you have scored more than your opponent at the end of 90 minutes (or at the end of 94 if your playing man utd :crazyboy:) and we have done that enough times this season to be sitting 1st, and we havnt let the opponent score more than us at the end of a league game for 47 games, so there cant really be any complaints

Just kidding. Same scoreline the other way, hopefully.

Abdeslam Ouaddou is so good too (H) Talal was considered as a crap player in France and know he looks good in England.

For the result I say 2-0 for Arsenal, Henry*2 ?

Crap ? I don't think so. He had many injuries so he had problems without a doubt. He's never been crap though.

He's outstanding for morocco, that's really what counts :)

Yea, Ouaddou is so great (Y) He's still playing for Rennes ?

Wot? Really?
Cesc to start?
Cesc is quite important to us because Silva is missing.
Edu hasn't looked his old self, he's hogging on the ball all the time. He's always the one who slows down our one-touch counter attack..
Maybe we should bench him for awhile and bring him back on when he is looking fit and ready considering Cesc is on red-hot form.

From the BBC

Arsenal will rest Ashley Cole, Robert Pires and Edu against Charlton following the midweek trip to Norway.

Cole has a slight knee strain and will be replaced by Gael Clichy while Sol Campbell looks likely to start his third game in a week.

Charlton striker Francis Jeffers is expected to recover from a neck injury.

Midfielder Matt Holland and front man Shaun Bartlett are both back in training after ankle injuries and look set to rejoin the squad.

Arsenal (from): Lehmann, Almunia, Taylor, Lauren, Hoyte, Campbell, Clichy, Toure, Cygan, Senderos, Vieira, Fabregas, Flamini, Reyes, Ljungberg, Pennant, Bergkamp, Henry, van Persie.

No I'm not over the moon because we really should have lost that match and had two players sent off. If we played well and won I'd be happy. As for the sad face, I did that because Arsenal are playing football that teams can only dream of. They don't just win a match, they do it in such style which makes me sick to the teeth. They just keep crusing good teams like they wasn't even there. :(

I just realised that Jose finished from the exact same position against Boro.. Why did he miss this! Arrrgh.. It would have put him level with Henry on the top-scorers list.
Would certainly make Titi work harder.

I also realised Henry likes to slam balls hard when it's raining, he slammed one in the home game against Man City last season. It was rainy but a king was born on that day.

No, Forlan got fouled in box which gave Man Utd a penalty.

Arsenal defender couldnt stop him, so he fouled him instead.
