Maybe editing striped shirts is an unlockable item!?
I cannot imagine it's not in the game, especially because some teams play with striped shirts, even teams without licence...
My guess is that you should win something with a team with a striped shirt, licensed or not...;)

No, but that part of the template can be unlocked.. just like a new hairstyles can be... :confused:
