As far as I have seen there is nothing as in depth like the creation centre in the Xbox version, only the ability to create a player, and I don't think you will get any commentary associated with a player you created.

So again it is a bit of a half arsed attempt by EA in that Dept, or the more cynical amoung would say it is just another feature held back for later versions of the game.
