That's very sad....I can't understand why people are doing such an awful thing.

This kind of crimes happen everyday in Rio... only this time the victim was a footballer.

This must be pretty serious if the story was even printed in my local newspaper. They never mention soccer outside the US at all in my paper except for maybe a few times a year about Beckham.:crazyboy:

So sad... What a criminality in Brazil. There are many murders like that every day in Brazil, yeah.

Yeah, criminality in Brazil sucks... in Rio, in Sao Paulo and every big city... but people who say "there are murders like that every day in Brazil" don't know what they're saying... have you ever been here? I'm pretty sure you'd like it here... as long as you stay away from some dangerous areas, it's as safe here as anywhere in the world...
People are missing a good chance to know Brazil, and especially Rio... it's one of the most beautiful cities in the world, with wonderful beaches and the people there (and in Brazil as a whole) is always nice to meet...
It shouldn't have happened, to a footballer or anyone, but don't go around spreading stupid pre-fabricated ideas...
