I disagree that the Club Championship has been a flop. I live in Australia and I am very proud of South Melbourne's performance. They conceided less goals against Vasco than what Manchester did. The tournament has also been faairly even with Al Nassr and Raja fairing well. The two bad points have been the refereeing and the tournament structure. One mistake and you can't make the final. Also the referee appointments are ludicrous. Refs from Senegal and New Zealand. Derek Rugg of New Zealand is viewed as one of the most unfit and poor refs in Australia.
