Hi,

I bought the game in the store so then you should think that It all works well, but I have a big problem wich I can not solve.

When I want to install the game, I'll get the register screen...that is the first problem....I can not connect. I thought by myself: " **** regestering the game" so I installed and I played, and It goes fine, but when I go online ( I've already installed EA online), I can also not connect and I think It's being blocked by Windows XP SP2, Norton Antivirus 2005 or my Sweex Broadband Router.

If there are any experts here, wich are know what to do, please help me. It's feels not good buying a game for 50 Euro and than I can't play online.:(

Thanks in advance!

Mys system:

Pentium 4 2,6Ghz CPU
1024GB Ram PC3200
ATI Radeon9600XT 256MB 500Mhz GPU
Windows XP SP2
Sweex Broadband Router
Norton Antivirus 2005

Yeah XP SP 2 has a very aggresive firewall that blocks online play.
You can put it of at the "settings screen" and then put the firewall off.

actually i think that it is because of your router...
i have a router in my home to and so do i can't play online...

we need to find the ports which we should open in the router configuration...

if i'll find the ports i'll tell ya :)

i have an answer for you about the ports :)
i've searched ea's website techincal supporet and found this:

Question
What are the ports to play online?

Answer
Note that if you have a firewall and want to play online, the following TCP/IP ports must be open in the outbound direction:
HTTP 80 TCP/IP
HTTPS 443 TCP/IP
MsgConn/IM 13500-13599 TCP/IP
Roomsvr 26200-26299 TCP/IP

The following UDP ports must be opened for game packets, for the outbound and inbound connections
Game Packets 3658 UDP
