Can anybody tell me why I've been banned from this forum? I'm using a free ISP to post this. Come on Ric, on ban me!

mmm, thats the second time in the past few days that it has happened......!!!!!!!!

This is just bizarre! I was told I was banned, logged off and then came on again and was able to post. Anybody have an explanation? I've mailed Ric again, hope he can shed somelight on this...

I post under one name - Schumacher. That's the only name I have ever posted under.

Whats your ISP, Schumacher? If it assigns an IP automatically (as most do), then it could give you a dynamic IP which someone else on your ISP has used to get banned from the forum. Its a long shot, but it would explain what you have described.

My ISP is Btinternet, which is quite a big ISP in the UK. Thanks for all your help Drinky and Ric! I really appreciate it!
