i got it from challenger tampines...ok so i played a few games in tcm 05 and honestly i think it has made improvements. but one thing that pisses me off is that i can't find the database editor anywhere!...its great now coz u can coach international teams from everywhere even brazil..training still looks the same to me..the transfer market has improve with reasonable price tags on. i will update more once i'll complete my first season tonight or so

in this edition the editor isnt released with the game, you have to wait to download later when EA released it

Well, "Ligue France Primère" manager 2005 comes out here in 6 days, so looks like the Sims 2 has 6 more days . . . :)

West Ham had some good players last year. i bought Carrick in most games i played, he was one of the games best young midfielders(im not sure what his ratings were before i got the English Mega Patch from the TCM forums).

maybe you can give us an in-depth on the new and improved match engine, also is the game still England bias?

In Europe and America the game sells more i think,so why they relase the game in Asia?:S:kader:

Played a few matches with Spurs, Roma & Madrid.

Initial discoveries.
For:
Game play is much better.

Against:
Wordings are smaller
Unknown players having high playing levels, too high
cant seem to see the opponent's formattion or tactics before or during the 3d game

also when i substituted Kanoute in during the away match, he came on wearing the home kit (white instead of the away blue)!
no such problem with the other 2 clubs though.

Besides the usual players from 2004, here are a few that have been "promoted" to have their own special (realistic) faces:

david dunn, ramelow, kanoute, bobic, dede, wesley sneijder, wesley sonck, dacourt, forssell, okocha, upson...
hope to discover more.

what exactly is an unknown...a player YOU'VE never heard of?

Example: unknown players like "Graeme Neal" and "Mickey Clyde" from the Arsenal Reserves.
They have playing levels comparable to the likes of Henry and Vieira.

when i play against Arsenal, i spotted such unknowns in their 1st eleven.

haha i normally wont take these 2 options...
anyway i just tried them out.

with "found the club", you get to name your town, choose which part of the country the new club should be, design the badge with several templates available.
but it is actually starting from the pits, with very little funds.

for the match in textmode, seems like more game progress descriptions, but lesser options. sorry i could be wrong about this.

btw, is there any indication when the editor will be released for download?

I assume they will post some news in the main page www.totalclubmanager.com due to the release of the editor, but i think you have to wait because in many countryies its hanst been released yet
