Yeah, his name is Poitr Swierczewski, he plays for Bastia in France. Apparently a mate of Lubo Moravcik.

Piotr Swierczewski huh, I know the guy, he is good but not great by any measure. It just happens that I saw Bastia-Monaca two weeks ago, where Bastia won 1-0. He played, was not great. He was the Polish man of the match in the the Sweden-Poland Euro qualifier, so maybe they got him based on that tape, as this game was shown live in UK.
I think the best Polish midfield player right now is Krzysztof Nowak(the guy won the playmaker job over Claudio Reyna, so you know he is pretty good) from Wolfsburg, he's getting some recognition, plus he is very young I think 22 or 23, Swierczewski is I think about 28.
