I'm new in this game. I have some questions for you guys hope you can help.

1) How come at the career mode i only can
select div 2 teams. I won't able to select
those top team?

2) At the upgrade windows, i can't buy all
the staff there.

You can't begin your career with a top club. You have to start out with one of the smaller clubs and prove yourself. At the end of the season, you will get job offers from other clubs, and you'll be able to choose which club you'd like to move to. Or you can stay with your current club (if they still want you).

Once you get a 2 star rating as manager, you'll be able to manage bigger clubs.

Each time you win a game, depending on how your players performed and how many goals you score, you get points. Usually you get about 10 points per game if you win, but you don't get any points if you draw or lose. I believe that you get more points if you win cup games, as opposed to league games, but I'm not sure of that.

If you beat your Rival Team you get 100 Points...(I think cause I played my First Game with Celtic and I Beat the Rangers and they gaved me 100 Points + the 10 Points of Winning)...(H)
