Why all my players always low on fitness?

What am I doing wrong in training.

My team has a fitness level of 50 and its not from playing too many games.

Is this a bug???

Even when I rest players...there fitness stays down or when I practice them alot with alot of 'fitness' exercises

This is really pissing my off...I am in Feb. and my fitness level is now at 37.....at this rate, my players are liable of just passing out on the field...:f***:

OK guys, you need to make your own schedules. The assistant ones are rubbish.

With the ones I used, I had fitness at 80 after a month or so, and levelled out at 90-100 during the season. Energy was always at 85+.

The thing is to look at the "fitness" rating of each part, e.g. Jogging is +2, Long sprints are +1 etc. This year has changed slightly, but if you add all the ones from the day:
-1 and below = loss of fitness, energy goes up
0 = no fitness gain/loss, energy goes up
1 = fitness gain, energy gain
2 = fitness gain, energy loss

e.g.: Corners, Jogging, Individual Skills results in 1 fitness for the day. (-1 + 2 + 0) Make sure you have about 1 overall every day, a couple of days of 2 to boost fitness more. Never let the players have days off as it affects the fitness too much.

my fitness lv. was low initially but talk to the ppl. whose fitness is low and tell them to give everything in training.Don't tell this to the ppl. whose fitn. is above 85 otherwise they get demoralized and then they screw up and become worse due to thier loss of morale. Atleast This worked for me

I didn't do any speeches, just made sure I did the training myself because the assistant is as competant as a 2 year old :(

my team's fitness level is above 90 in the middle of the season. i use the same schedule as in tcm2004 and it is working fine.

btw, does high fitness reults in more wins? my team is ordinary(portsmouth) and i have not purchased any good player. still i'm at the 3rd position.

Here is what i did.

In preseason i had 2 training camps of 14 days. WHen you select these make sure you check effect on the left side like fitness 4, moral 2, energy this. I select 1 camp thats hihg in fitness, and mid of energy and the other one that mid in energy and high in fit.

it gets me up around high 80's for fitness and for energy. then i set my own training which keeps me steady on these throughout the season.

i will try champdave's training and see how it goes. will post my training probably next week.
