It used to be a 30 second rule.

Sometimes I run into a problem when I post something, go to another thread with like 1 new post and then make a small comment, but usually it's not a problem. Randoms and noobs shouldn't be posting every 30 seconds anyway. They shouldn't be posting at all for that matter.
