I made 64 color kits, but when I play with it in the game their is no texture how do I fix this problem.

By using some textures of Fifa99. You still got JEd99? Well, take a texture, save it, open PSP and adjust a bit. Now take Image, Aritmethic, choose Function: Darkest, Channel: All Channels and set up the two images: the texture and the design of your jersey. Now click OK and after that, simply load the correct pallette for Fifa2000 games. Just try a bit, because to have good results, it's not that easy as I explained here.

Ask Nick about it, he knows everything! (Although he doesn't want to help, because he's to busy making his own jersey's instead of just writing a tutorial so that everybody can make his own one)
