Guys I found this on the offical TCM forum (totalclubmanager.com/forum) and the guys over there say it works..
Temporary Fusion Solution to play within TCM 2005
Ferduncan pointed me out to test a few changes in the common.ini file and it works, since now you are able to play inside tcm and no need of swapping anymore, no need to have fifa 2005 at all in fact.
Here how it goes.
Backup first your Common.ini from your TCM folder, as you will not be able to play 3D matches like before anymore as you will have the control inside the 3D match, do not choice fusion only 3D match.
Ferduncan pointed us out for 3 lines, but after I did some test I noticed that only 1 single line is needed to be edited.

to

And yep you have control of the game, but we have a problem, you can only control the home teams so when you are in a away match you control the opposite team But for this I found a little trick, unfourtunatly you will need to quit TCM each time (but it is still better then having to load fifa again.
So if you want to control the away match first save your game quit TCM edit again the comoon file and replace the H to A. save it and load TCM again, and play your away match again, you will need to quit and put back the H to be able to play home again for your next match I am looking into this but after 6 hours of different setting I was unable to solve it, but still searching.
