Hi. I was wondering if any of you could give me some advice on how I should distribute my staff points? Thanks in advance!

say after one game you have 15 pts to distribute. The best thing to do is give them all to one staff member intead of giving 5 pts each to threee staff members. It's best to work on one staff at a time and get them to 100 then work on someone else. I'd say finance is the most important one.

Okay, cool. That's sort of what I've been doing anyway. :D

If anyone does it differently, please let me know!

Fitness then Finance-

Once your fitness gets to about 3 stars your in the clear for keeping your player fit for every match. I currently have fitness at 3, finance at 5 and working on getting each of the other ones past 1 star each.

Depends if you are staying with the club.

At Leyton Orient, I spent them all (equally) among the Striker/Midfielder/Defender/Goalkeeper Coaches and Fitness. Didn't care about Medical or Finance (my players seldom get injured and I didn't need to spend next season).

When I got to Man City and later Roma, no need for finance again cause I'm gonna club hop till I get Arsenal.

Now with Arsenal, Finance is important coz I'm staying and Henry is already 30 yrs old. But spread the points evenly among your main 4 'player' coaches.

My coaches are all above 5 stars. Finance too. Medical at 3 stars. Oh yes, scout is still 1 star. If you can't get enough cash, sell the worst players you have, frankly speaking I've never used more than 16 players. Not sure about what will happen at World Class coz I'm only at Professional.

scroll down to the area you want to upgrade, then press the right directional to add points to that category

i think the most important is the fitness by far

then u should give points to the defense, offense, and finance.
then u give some to the midfilders
i dont really worry about the goalkeepers, i only give them some points.

and also, dont give any points to ur scouts cuz they suck no matter wut.

fitness is probably the least important after like they are 1 or 2 stars I have absolutely no problem with my fitness.

yeah..Fitness is my #1 choice too. Players can get injured sometimes. Then, finance, GK, Defense.

fitness has nothing to do with injuries the medical staff does. the team you play with must have bad stamina to not be able to play every game.

I would say:

1. Fitness
2. Def
3.Mid
4.att
5.fin

and so on...

Fitness has a lot to do with injuries because if you're players aren't fit they're more susceptible to injury... improved medical staff just speeds the recovery time from injuries.

If you're starting with a low team as most people are in career mode, fitness is the one to focus on first... although I did spread my initial batch of points across all staff... 3 ticks on most... 2 on scouting and medical. That at least gives you something to build on. From there I put all points earned from victories into fitness. You'll gradually notice improvement in your players as you get close to that 1st star.

Focusing on Finance and Strikers (their finishing needs improvement!) in my 2nd season after getting promoted in order to compete with the big clubs.

I seldom upgrade Medical (it's still 1 star). Players are seldom out for more than 2 weeks. Except I just had Reyes off from the whole season after breaking his collar bone.

How do you get the maximum points after a game?! Is it depeting on how many goals you score or what?!

The least Important is Scouting I guess.

I have got my finance upto 5 stars, my fitness 4, strikers 3, Midfielders 4 and my scout only 1!

I guess so.

I think it depends on goals scored, goals conceded, clean sheets, Winning margin, etc

to get maximum points in the game you need to win 5-0, i believe
