Ok here is what you do.
Firstly print out your email.
Then you take a match and set fire to the email
Then you wait for EAsports to respond.
Buddy, EAsports simply dont care while their game is the top selling soccer game. They will care when they are finally knocked off their perch. Hopefully that will be soon

Only way anything will happen as far as response is if all the FIFA fan sites call for boycott of the next game if they refuse to listen... Also I say do not buy this game under any circumstance and tell everyone you know not to buy it. If you get this game for christmas tomorrow do not open it return it to store for a refund.
