In your games who in your opinion is overrated.

In mine-

Players- Owen, Santa Cruz

Team- Bayern Munchen

Team- Inter(and mayb Arsenal a bit)

from what i saw in the demo, all big teams are overrated, or if u prefer, all the other teams are underrated.

Owen is a god in this game, he always scores more than 3 goals against me. :|

Alan Shearer has insane stats.......

Arsenal not THAT overrated, they are good and sometimes score more than 3 goals against me, but they just lost 0-3 to my defensive tactic in the CL, so its pretty balanced.

Err, on a side note though, David James is definitely overrated :crazyboy: City forced me to a goalless draw and he saved like 15 shots... got MoM too.

definatly shearer, i clicked on him and nearly fainted when i saw how good his stats were.

Shearer and PSG are overrated in my opinion.

I didn't think Owen was too overrated on first glance at his stats.

At Argentinian League...

River and Boca are OK

The other 38 teams, including both division, WAY UNDERRATED :f***:

Not to mention 80% of the players have random stats, and like 60% random positions, I hate finding IRL GK as Outfield players :f***:

Man Utd are crazily overrated considering how they are doing in real life - every season its me (Chelsea) and them out in front by miles. Arsenal usually hang around about 9th :|

Tottenham are pretty overrated too, and Inter. They seem to have got Inter and A.C. mixed up in terms of quality.

man poo are overrated coz they are man poo. it doesnt matter how good or bad players they realy have. They will always rock in the CM database

And as you said, they can play their crappy reserves and still rock.

English NT have won all the games and conceded only one goal so far in my game...

Tottenham are first in my games.... they are pretty overrated. Arsenal are second and im third. Chelsea suck in my game, they are in 12th place. I hate Alan Sheaer, his so overrated.

EDIT i made a mistake Chelsea are actually 17th in my game:o :D :rockman: and Manchester United are 5th... Charlton are ahead of them at 4th:D

Oh yes, Chelsea are so damn underrated they sacked Mourinho in the mid season when they were on 11th place :confused:

I found it incredibly easy managing England
I won the world cup right away. That of course has to do with my fine managements skills as well but still, I was able to win pretty easily.


SI still loves Joe Cole. He has been a star performer for England every single game.

Has Joe cole be a super star for you as well? Some of the programmers must be a former West Ham fan or something.

In one of my formations with Chelsea I play 3 attacking mids.

Him, Lampard and Ronaldinho with Duff and Robben on the wings and I score heaps

ye i am a bitter arsenal fan but that pretty much screwed our season.

i think iniesta is way underrated.

and kahn is overrated considering he's not that great anymore. so is tim howard, he's not even getting a game for united but his stats are some of the best for goalies in the game.

Kahn is definitely overrated. I just played Bayern, and nothing got past him. The bastard got a 9. He was supposed to give a silly rebound to some Brazilian inside the box.:f***:

im in my third season with Barça and finished 2nd on the first two even tho i had a pretty impressive record dont remember my first season but my second had like 85+ pts and still trailed Madrid by like 8.

But right now i'm leading by a wide margin after some 15 matches and madrid are like 8th :rockman: they had lots of injuries so hopefully i'll win the league this season and passed the first CL stage with Arsenal and Inter on my group.

Is Madrid Overrated? or is the AI more intelligent than Florentino, Remon, and that dumbasses? :crazyboy: (H)

why hasnt anyone mentioned Aston Villa??? They are top in my game while im (liverpool) 7th. Also West Brom are fifth!!!

real madrid are overrated and so are arsenal, i have to admit. i think they retained the champions league, i'm @ the start of my 3rd season now with milan, i still havent won ANYTHING!!!

also isnt Chivu a beat overrated?

real whipped my ass in the 2nd round of the CL and juve beat me to the title again, on the lasdt day of the season! i had the best offensive record and only conceded like 15 goals the entire season. how frustrating! i just got cassano for free and i bought robinho tho.

real are 5th in la liga in my game (im playing elsewhere but laliga is loaded)>.....


IMO big teams in general just seem to perform too well against small teams.... from my experience 'big team' players run faster, dribble better, and shoot more accurately than those on 'small teams', even if theyve got similar attributes...... :confused:



or alternatively it oculd be a case of 'grass is always greener on the other side' :S

I'm playing with Milan, and even though his stats are nothing special, Dhorasoo is a strong performer for me always getting 7's and 8's (coming as a sub with 20 minutes left). He scores a few aswell from midfield. Seems a bit overrated considering he rarely plays IRL.

Players - Rooney by a mile. Milan signed him for almost 40 million POUNDS (yeah right!) and his stats are out of this world.
Teams - Arsenal, IRL they wouldn't even be considered as serious Champions League contenders, no matter how good they are in the Premiership. In my game they won CL a couple of times already.

take a look at julio baptista. probably the most complete player in the game.. with his stats i don't know what the F he's doing at DMC

his stats was awesome

ya change his mother****in position so he can score and his value will soar.. hell with that kind of stats he can play anywhere on the right or centre.. except between the sticks.

i'm sure someone mentioned this by real madrid are overrated.

or rather, they can score AND defend well
