i want to play a game called battle for middle earth, but the system requirements say that the game needs a directx9.0 compatable sound card to run.

i have a soundblaster live 5.1 soundcard. Will my game run? Is this soundcard compatable with direct x9.0?

is there something i need to download for it?

i downloaded directx9.0 for my video card, but do i need to do the same for audio card?

i need some help please...

i think dat soundcard is quite old.....try buying audigy platinum or platinum EX....that might help......I THINK:rolleyes:
