We all know how much of a vast difference the real kits, adboards, faces etc etc that Wolf and others made for PES3 did.

Is it true that Konami have encrpted the files and at mo, any EPL kits coming out quick for PES4 will not happen?

Uniforms can't be imported at the moment but I give it about 2 weeks before the encryption is broken by the normal guys and a tool released.

1.there r many differences.
2.i saw some new uniforms for referees and new shoes in chinese forums

boots are no problem, they works well
referee kits can be edited coz they have old encryption, as you can see in FCH Patch (http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?s=&threadid=114120)
