hello. i have a ps2 usb adapter that i bought on ebay a while ago. I could never get it working properly so i shelved it a while back. I'd like to try to get it working again though.

Can someone point me in the direction of some drivers that will work properly? the problem i have is that i can't get the right analog stick to work properly. Only up and down positions seem to work.

I'm not sure what brand of adapter i have. it's a triangular shaped one with 2 slots for 2 controller simultaneous play.

If you have 2 pads, put 2 pads into the adaptor - that will fix it.

Otherwise:

Start>run> and type: devmgmt.msc
Then press enter
HID Devices> click the plus
Right click one of the entries and then disable it

It will now work :) if the pad doesn't work at all then, just change the slot (as you'll have disabled one of the ports).

Btw - some pads have issues regardless (usually with just one of the analogue sticks)
